i heard that you have to go past pacifidlog, into the currents, dive, go into a cave with a whole bunch a braile. then, you use dig, and put a relicanth in the front of your party and a wailord in the back. then, you read the braile, which triggers an earthquake, that releases the 3 Regis.
you know, i did all of that, but it didnt work.... how do you really awaken the 3 Regis?

So far what you have said is true.My neighbor told me the same thing which you have just said.But i not sure what wrong.Did you read the braile right?

yes, i figured it out, and awakened them. someone told me relecanth then wailord, but the braile read:
"First comes Wailord, then comes Relecanth."
it was backwards.

It's Wailord then Relicanth in Emerald, but the other way around for Ruby and Sapphire. I'm a retired game master.  |
